Julia Roberts is on her way to the small screen. The Eat Pray Love actress is set to star in Maria Semple’s latest novel.
Today Will Be Different will be a limited series will set Roberts as a woman who has high expectations of having the best day ever until it all goes south.
According to Us, Megan Ellison from Sausage Party is set to produce the show, which hasn’t been assigned a network. "I’m giddy that Eleanor Flood will be brought to life by Julia Roberts and am elated to collaborate with Megan Ellison, Sue Naegle and the team at Annapurna on this endeavor. This will be a fun ride!" Semple said of the statement.
This isn’t the first-time Roberts has made her appearance on the small screen. She previously appeared on HBO’s The Normal Heart.
