Okay, this is the boss we need in 2017. The co-owner of an Iowa cabinet manufacturing company has offered all 800 of his employee a free weeklong cruise in the Caribbean. Did we mention it was free?

Bertch Cabinets in Waterloo are about to have a wonderful winter as they recently found out that they had met the company’s quality and profit goals, thus earning a cruise. About 600 are joining boss Gary Bertch on the cruise along with his wife, Becky, who founded the company with her husband in 1977.

Not only is the cruise all paid for, their air fare, a night in a five-star hotel and their spouse all are expenses paid. If a cruise is not your cup of tea, you could opt for a week of paid time off and a $900 bonus. Not too shabby.

“We’d love to have everyone come on vacation with us but know it isn’t possible for all for personal reasons, so we wanted to have that alternative available to them,” Bertch told ABC News.
