Emma Watson has decided to pursue legal action after dozens of her private photos were reportedly stolen and leaked online, Variety reports.

While the images are not nude photos, a spokesman for the Beauty and the Beast star states the images show Watson trying on clothes.

“Photos from a clothes fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago have been stolen,” her spokesperson said in a statement. “They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed and we are not commenting further.”

The statement comes after social media users claimed naked photos of the Harry Potter star were published on a message board. According to the posts, other actresses such as, Amanda Seyfried and Jillian Murray, were also victims of leaked photos around the same time.

This isn’t the first time the 26-year-old has dealt with a situation like this. Watson was threatened back in 2014 with a leak of nude photos after she gave a speech on gender equality.
