Mama June is down to a size 4!
The mother of reality star “Honey Boo Boo” has undergone a major physical transformation. Mama June’s weight loss journey is being documented in her new WE tv series, Mama June: From Not to Hot, which airs on Fridays.

Mama June’s daughters revealed their mother lost the weight because of a combination of surgeries and hard work.
"She had gastric sleeve back in May of 2015, and then she slowly started losing weight, and the reason she got the gastric sleeve was because she hit a plateau — she couldn't lose any weight," Pumpkin said, referring to the procedure that makes a patient's stomach smaller. "And then it came to a point where [the trainer] had to step in because she hit another plateau with the gastric sleeve, and wasn't losing any more weight."
Mama June, 37, also had surgery to remove the excess skin she had on her body after the weight loss. "Her stomach started looking gross," Pumpkin says. "It was hanging from where she lost so much weight, and her arms and her chin, so she got [the skin on] her stomach removed."
She also got her breasts lifted. "She got her boobies done," Pumpkin reveals. "She got them from a 44 long to 36 up."
When Mama June started her weight loss journey, she weighed 460 pounds. In the new teaser for her reality docu-series, it reveals she now fits into a size 4.
Mama June has completely overhauled her lifestyle in order to continue losing weight and maintain her health.
Crooks has given fans a behind-the-scenes look at the changes the reality star had to make in order to see the results.
"We've done a lot of weight training, we've done a lot of plyometrics, doing a lot of running, but, you know, it's all about pressing past yourself, and that's what we've been able to do — help her press past herself," Crooks revealed.
The changes include what she eats as well.
Her daughters revealed that they don't keep junk food in the house. While everyone in the family splurges occasionally, for the most part they stick to a clean-eating diet with a focus on vegetables.
At first, Alana and Pumpkin resisted the new food options, but they got on board in order to support their mother.
According to her daughters, the journey hasn’t been easy for Mama June, who still considers herself a heavy person.
"I think that her biggest thing [she has to] overcome is that fact that she still thinks of herself as a bigger person, because, even to this day, like, a couple of days ago we had a conversation, and ... she looked in the mirror and was like, 'I'm still fat,'" Pumpkin shares. "And I guess because she's seen herself as a bigger person all these years, she doesn't realize how small she is."
"That's what she's used to doing, and when you're a bigger person, that's how you disguise all of that -- through wearing bigger clothes," Crooks weighs in. "So, now, we're having to transform her mind even more so ... because she has curves now, she looks awesome."
Before the show aired, Mama June's weight loss was a huge secret and she couldn't go out in public or be photographed in case it spoiled the surprise.
"It is very hard because mama, she is a very stubborn person, and she wants to do everything," Pumpkin explained at the time. "She's like, 'Alright, I've got to go to the store,' and we're like, 'Mama, no, you need to stay in the house because if somebody gets a picture with you...'"
"Even if she does go out, she has to be, like, suited up," she added.
Shannon's weight loss left many a jaw on the floor.
She is now continuing to work out and eat clean on her way to dropping even more pounds. In addition to her day-to-day changes, she also has more plastic surgery she'd like to undergo.
