According to the LAPD, Hodak drove to Sweetin’s home, but raced off when security spotted him. The police were called and when they arrived Hodak was nowhere to be found. The officers issued a contempt of court report against him for disobeying the restraining order. However, TMZ reports that Hodak denied ever being by Sweetin’s home that day.
The Fuller House star called off their engagement in late March and Hodak has been arrested multiple times since then. He was arrested on her property after she obtained a restraining order that instructed him to stay away from her and her two daughters.
Another arrest occurred after the two got into a heated argument, which ended with Hodak threatening to commit suicide. Police arrested him for the illegal possession of a firearm. Since he is a felon, he is not allowed to have one.
He was arrested again a few days later for violating the restraining order and driving by her residence.
