TLC announced back in March that it's bringing back fan-favorite renovation show Trading Spaces for 2018, and the network has officially begun the casting search for the reboot, PEOPLE reports.
According to the show's casting website, TLC is searching for sets of neighbors willing to redesign a room in each other's homes, which echoes the format of the original show. Participants will also receive the help of a designer and carpenter to re-imagine their neighbor's rooms, and as fans of the show know, the results can definitely vary.
The original series aired from 2000-2008, and the reboot will premiere sometime next year.
“This is a big one,” the AV Club reports TLC president and general manager Nancy Daniels as saying at the Discovery Communications Upfront for the announcement. “I am excited to announce that TLC’s most successful and most iconic series … Trading Spaces is coming back."
If you're willing to let someone totally redesign a room in your home with none of your input, apply to appear on Trading Spaces here.
