Cristiano Ronaldo is now the proud father of three.
The Real Madrid player recently welcomed twins and announced their arrival on Twitter Thursday with a sweet photo.
The new dad is photographed holding his two babies, one dressed in a blue romper and one in a pink dress. Ronaldo has not personally confirmed the sexes or names of his babies.
“So happy to be able to hold the two new loves of my life,” the soccer star captioned the snap, with his twins fast asleep in his arms.
The two little ones join their 7-year-old big brother Cristiano Jr.
Ronaldo has reportedly been dating model Georgina Rodriguez for month, but they only confirmed their relationship earlier this year.
The athlete and fashion designer has not revealed the mother of his older son publicly, but he explained the situation during a Jonathon Ross Show appearance.
“When Cristiano is going to grow up, I am always, always going to say the truth to him because he deserves it, because he is my son.”
Added Ronaldo, 32, “But I am not going to say because people want me to say.”
He said he will share the woman’s identity with his eldest son when the time is right, but for now being a single parent “is not a problem.”
“In the world, many kids don’t have mom, don’t have dads or dads die or moms die,” he explained, adding, “Cristiano has a dad, an unbelievable dad, a grandfather, a grandmother. I have the support of my family.”
It is reported that the soccer player’s twins were born to a surrogate mother in the U.S., according to BBC.
