McDonald's is chasing the New England market with the return of its McLobster roll, Today reports.
After a year-long hiatus, the
New England Today Travel shares that the North Atlantic lobster meat is frozen when it arrives at McDonald's and is later thawed out and mixed with mayonnaise and seasonings to create the lobster mix, which is placed on a bed of lettuce and a toasted bun.
While the McLobster has received some positive reviews, many come to the conclusion that it can't possibly stand up to its freshly caught counterparts. Still, if you're craving some seafood in a pinch, the McLobster might just get the job done.
