Move Targets: Total body
Step 1:Begin in high plank with your shoulders over your wrists, your body in one straight line, and your feet together.
Step 2: Jump your legs wide and then back together. Jump as quickly as you can, but do not let your stomach sag or arch towards the ceiling.
Modification (beginner): Instead of jumping, step alternating legs out to the side and then back in.
