Move Targets: Total body
Step 1: Stand with feet wider than hip-‐width apart with kettlebell in right hand.
Step 2: Lower into squat position, keeping back straight and chest tall. Pass kettlebell across the front of your body andunder left leg to left hand, and around the back of left knee.
Step 3: In one smooth movement, drop back down into a squat position and pass kettlebell under right leg to right hand;continue alternating for 60 seconds.
Modification (Beginner): Ditch the kettlebell.
