Move Targets: Obliques and abdominal muscles 


Step-By-Step:

Lie flat on the ground with legs straight.

Step 1: Raise your left leg straight up. Contract your abs and raise your left hand up to your right toe, by lifting your left shoulder off the ground.

Step 2: Repeat movement by raising your right hand up to your left toe. That is one rep. Repeat for allotted time.
