Step 1: Stand with feet together and arms bent at the elbows with loose fists comfortably near your chest.
Step 2: Keep feet together, and push through your heels to quickly jump back and forth over an imaginary line. Keep your shoulders and hips facing forward, and pump your arms back and forth for extra momentum.
