Move Targets: Abdominal muscles 


Step 1: Start in push-up plank position.


Step 2: Slowly walk your hands and feet out as wide as they can go where you’re still able to lower your body.


Step 3:   Once you’re in a controlled position, lower your body down towards the ground so it’s just hovering, and hold.
