Move Targets: Total body


Step 1: Get into push-up plank position with your shins resting on top of a stability ball.

Step 2: Keep your hips square to
the floor and raise your right hand to touch your left shoulder. Return hand back to start position and repeat with your left side. Continue alternating sides for each rep.
