Move Targets: Abdominal and triceps


Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Start in push-up plank position.

Step 2: Lift your right arm out to
 the right side, keeping your arm parallel with the floor. Hold for a few breaths, then return to start position. Repeat with left arm. Continue alternating sides each rep.
