Step 1: Get into pushup position. Walk both feet toward left hand until your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Your hips will be slightly higher than your head.
Step 2: Lower your body to the floor like a pushup, pause and hold, and push back up to start position. Complete your number of reps on one side, and then switch your legs to be angled to the other side and complete the same number of reps.
