Best Booty Workout to Fight Back Against Cellulite

Research shows that a mix of high intensity cardio training designed to blast fat, coupled with focused strength training designed to tone flaccid muscle, can significantly reduce the appearance of those unwanted dimples.

Here’s our booty-licious six-step routine designed to win the war against cottage cheese cheeks.

Step One: Fat Blasting Cardio Burst | Perform one minute of Cross Body Jacks. Rest for 25 seconds. Repeat 3x.

Step Two: Booty Strength Train | Perform 25 Donkey Kick Planks on each leg and 25 Walking Lunges with Dumbbells. Repeat 3x.

Step Three: Fat Blasting Cardio Burst | Perform one minute of Skater Jumps. Rest for 25 seconds. Repeat 3x.

Step Four: Booty Strength Train | Perform 25 Standing Fire Hydrants on each leg and 25 Scorpion Twists on each Leg. Repeat 3x

Step Five: Fat Blasting Cardio Burst | Perform one minute of Side Kicks. Rest for 25 seconds. Repeat 4x alternating legs for each set.

Step Six: Booty Strength Train | Perform a one minute Wall Sit followed by one minute of Glute Bridges. Repeat 3x.
