Lunges are a great way to tone your legs! If you've mastered the basic lunge and are looking for more of a challenge, then this is a great variation for you. Grab your foam roller and get ready!
Step 1: In a split stance, place the toe of your left foot on top of the roller.
Step 2: Bend your right knee and extend your left leg back as you lower into a lunge, sliding your shin over top of the roller.
Step 3: Slowly rise up out of the lunge, drawing the roller in towards you as you stand.
Step 4: Repeat on other leg.
