Apple Slices: Quickly becoming a staple of fast food chains, apple slices are a healthy alternative to fries or onion rings. The benefits reach much further than the fact that they're only 30 calories. Get your vitamin C with these crunchy and sweet apple slices, bringing your total thus far to 360 calories.
