Ready for an upper body workout and then some? This move will strengthen your core as you balance on the Bosu ball using your upper arms!

Step 1: Grab a Bosu ball and turn 
it over. Get in pushup plank position with your hands resting on the overturned Bosu ball. Your hands should be positioned on the outside of the Bosu ball with fingers facing out and gripping the ball.bosu plant tilt

Step 2: Tilt the Bosu ball to the right while keeping proper form.bosu plant tilt
