Small Fries: Because Checkers' menu doesn't offer any salads, it looks like you're ordering a side of fries! A whole serving of a small side of fries is 300 calories, however, so be sure to eat about half of them for 150 calories. Save some for later or share with your kids! Half an order of fries plus the kid's burger puts us at 430 total calories.
Beverage: The obvious zero-calorie beverage is water, but if you need a caffeine boost or feel like splurging, diet sodas are another option. Unsweetened tea and coffee also contain zero calories!
