Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Get into a squat position, holding your weight in your heels with your chest up, bottom back and abs engaged.

Step 2: Holding dumbbells, start punching with your palms facing down.

Modification (Beginner): Use light dumbbells or ditch them all together.
