Move Targets: Triceps 


Step 1: Get into a standard pushup position, with your hands directly in front of your chest, squeezing your elbows to your sides.


Step 2: Lower down, keeping your elbows tight to your sides, keeping your back straight and hips down. Hold and return to the starting position 


Modification (Beginner): Drop to your knees.
