Move Targets: Total body
Step 1: Start in the squat position, holding your kettlebell with your right hand in between your legs with your left arm out to your side, parallel with your shoulder.
Step 2: Lift the kettlebell up and over your shoulder, engaging your core keeping your balance.
Step 3: Press the kettlebell over your head and hold. Return to the start position.
Modification (Beginner): Use a lighter kettlebell!
