One Minute for Flatter Abs

Looking for flatter abs but don't have a whole lot of extra time? Look no further! This workout literally takes one minute. You should do each move for thirty seconds each. Do that two times a day — whenever you have time — and increase up to three times a day. As you get better at the moves, you should add on time increments until you can work up to a five minute workout.
