Move Targets: Total body


Step 1: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, arms at your sides. 


Step 2: Put your hands on the ground shoulder width apart, with your legs in-between your arms.


Step 3: Jump kicking your feet back into a plank position.


Step 4: Return to step 2.


Step 5:  Quickly jump up exploding from the ground, while tucking your feet to your chest.
