Step 1: Stand with you hands on your hips feet together.
Step 2: Step to the right, slightly bending your knees, bring your arms too the right side. Right elbow upward, and left arm across your body.
Step 3: Bring both your feet together again, bringing your arms to your side.
Step 4: Step to the left, slightly bending your knees, bring your arms too the left side. left elbow upward, and right arm across your body.
Step 5: Keeping your feet hip-width apart, straighten your arms bringing them to bottom right.
Step 6: ... bottom left
Step 7: ... top right
Step 8: Lastly, top left!
