Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Start with your hands on the chair/bend/step, with your hands shoulder-width apart, chest up, and back straight.

Step 2: Balancing on one hand lift your other hand and tap your opposite shoulder. Hold, return to the starting position, and repeat.
