Move Targets: Abs and biceps


Step 1: Start in standard plank position with your hands flat on the ground, elbows under your shoulders, back straight and but tucked. Place you Pilates ring in-between your elbows under your chest.

Step 2: Hold your plank and squeeze you Pilates ring. Return to starting position and repeat.
