Move Targets: Abs, hamstring, quads and calves 


Step 1: Stand on the edge of a step, with your right foot hang off the side. Balance on you left foot, putting your weight into your heel. Keep your arms straight out in front of you to help you balance.

Step 2: Slowly bend your left leg into a squat keeping your right leg straight. Hold, return to the starting position and repeat.
