Move Targets: Total body


Step 1: Stand in front of your bend/chair/steps, with your feet hip-width apart and your hands at your sides.

Step 2: Slowly bend your knees preforming a standard squat.

Step 3: From step 2, push through the balls of your feet and jump into the air. Return to the starting position. Repeat 10 times!
