Move Targets: Glutes 


Step 1: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, hands on the step bent over at your waist. Bend your right leg, holding it to your left leg.

Step 2: Slowly lift your right leg out to the side keeping it bent. Hold, return to the starting position, repeat and switch sides.
