Step 1: Start at the bottom of the steps with your arms at your sides, bent at the elbows.
Step 2: Lift your left (or right) leg to the second stair. Push through your heel and lift your other leg to the fourth step. Continue to run up the stairs taking the steps two at a time. When you get to the top stop and return to the bottom.
