Bosu LungesMove Targets: Legs


Step 1: Stand in front of a Bosu with your hands at your sides, feet hip-width apart. Take a step forward with one foot onto the center of the Bosu.


Step 2: Slowly lower your body, keeping your back straight and head up, until your knee reaches 90 degrees over your ankle. Return to start and step forward with the other leg.
