Move Targets: Total body
Step 1: Stand with your Bosu ball slightly behind you, feet hip width apart and holding your training ball in-front of your chest.
Step 2: Slowly bend at your knees to sit on your Bosu ball. Remember to keep you back straight and your chest up. The slower you move the more you will feel this move.
Step 3: Once you are seated on your Bosu, lift your legs and lean backward forming a boat pose. Hold this position.
Step 4: From your boat pose, lower your feet back to the ground.
Step 5: Pushing through your heels, stand and hold your training ball out in front of your chest.
