Move Targets: Core and Upper Back
Step 1: Begin on all fours, balancing your knees and hands on the BOSU ball. Keep your back straight and look at the floor to keep a neutral spine through the neck.
Step 2: Extend the opposite arm and leg out long at the same time. Do it slowly to keep your balance. Squeeze the core and think about making yourself long.
Step 3: Come back to the starting position with both hands and knees on the ball. Then extend the other arm and leg long. Keep looking at the floor to maintain alignment, balance and a parallel line with the ground.
