Move Targets: Total body
Step 1: Start in a standard plank position, hands on your Bosu ball, back straight, chest up and butt tucked in.
Step 2: Quickly bring your left knee toward your chest taping your foot on the ground, return to the starting position.
Step 3: Now, move your right knee to your chest, taping your foot on the ground. Return to the starting position. Repeat quickly to preform this move properly.
