Move Targets: Total body
Step 1: Stand in front of your Bosu ball with your right foot on the top of the ball.
Step 2: Quickly jump upward, replacing your right foot with your left foot. This should be done quickly but meaningfully. Hold control in all of your muscles and squeeze as you preform this move.
