Jumping Side Squats

Move Targets: Total body


Step 1: Start with your left foot on your Bosu ball and your right leg bent into a side squat to the side and slightly behind your ball. Keep your chest up and your back straight.


Step 2: Quickly push off the ground and jump to your other side. Your right foot should be on the Bosu ball and your left leg should be in a squat. Hold, return to the other side and repeat.
