Move Targets: Total body
Step 1: Stand on your bosu ball, with your feet hip width apart while holding your training ball in front of your chest.
Step 2: Slowly squeezing your glutes and balancing on your bosu ball, lower into a squat so that your knees are almost at a 90 degree angle. Hold this position, keeping your chest up and back straight. Return to the starting position and repeat.
