Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Start by laying on the ground with your arms out to the sides and gliding disks under your hands with your knees bent.

Step 2: Slowly preform a sit up while pulling your hands into your sides squeezing your back muscles. Return to the starting position and repeat 15 times for a full workout!
