If you need a starting point, Ideal Weight is a body mass index calculator and will calculate your ideal weight based on your height, age and sex. If you want to count calories, the app called Lose It! Weight Loss Program and Calorie Counter is perfect for the job. Lose It! helps you keep track of how many calories you've consumed and what your nutrient intake looks like each day. Your information is displayed in graphs and charts that are easy to read. If you want a weight lifting buddy, JEFIT is a sure fit for you. This app is for anyone who wants to spend time in the gym, from the intimidated beginner to the seasoned veteran. Not only does it track your workouts, but it also gives you access to a database filled with workouts sorted by skill level. It tells you how frequently you should do that particular workout and what type of workout it is, such as bulking or cutting. If you don't know what the exercise is, you can click on the name and it will give you images and a description. With this app you can get creative and feel confident with your hands on the iron. If you need something a little more motivating, try Fitocracy. This app turns your fitness routine into a game. You play Fitocracy to beat challenges and show your friends what you've got.
