Step-Jacks ALL moves

Move Targets: Total body


Step-By-Step:

Step 1: Start with your feet hip width apart, arms and your sides. Remember to keep your back straight and your chest up!

Step-Jacks 1 

Step 2: At the same time, swing your arms above your head and step your right leg out to the side.

Step 3: Bring your arms down and right leg back to the starting position.

Step-Jacks 1

Step 4: Swing your arms upward again and move your left leg out to the side. Return to the starting position and repeat the sequence!
