Mixing cardio and strength during your workout will make your strength exercises more effective. You'll be jumping rope in between each set of exercises for 30 seconds. Real Mom Model Amanda is going to take you through the entire sequence. You'll get a break halfway through, but respect your body if it wants a break sooner. You'll need a kettlebell, jump rope and pair of dumbbells. If you're at home and you can't jump rope in the living room, do your jumps anyway with an imaginary rope.
