Try a squishy ball or stuffed animal for the first one; paper plates on a rug or wash cloths on hardwood for the roll out; body weight for the leg raises, twists (which will look like this) and oblique crunches (try this version instead). Work to your level of fitness and repeat the circuit up to three times if you're feeling good!
