Move Targets: Core and Back

How to Nail This

There are two ways to get into this move.

Method 1: The first method is by beginning on all fours. Walk the hands to the outside of your mat and forward a few inches. As your stretch outward, raise the knees and walk the legs to the outside of your mat as well. Make sure your back is flat and you're squeezing the core, lats and back.

Method 2: Start in your high plank. Walk the feet out wide first. Once they're on the outside of the mat, walk your hands out and forward one at a time. Make sure the back is flat and the core, lats and back muscles are braced.
