Move Targets: Legs
Step 1: Bring your feet together and slightly bend the knees. The hands are in fists just under the chin and elbows are tucked in to the sides.
Step 2: Raise one knee to hip height while punching the opposite arm across the body. Your fist should land in line with the opposite shoulder. Step your feet back to center and bring the arm back to your side. Repeat on the other side.
