Move Targets: Shoulders and Glutes
Step 1: Begin with your knees slightly bent and feet together. Bring the elbows into your sides and make fists with your hands.
Step 2: Jack the feet out as wide as your shoulders keeping the knees soft. At the exact same time, punch across the body so the fist is in front of the opposite shoulder.
Step 3: Jack the feet back to the starting position (together) and bring both arms into the body. Jack the feet out again and pucnh with the opposite arm. Repeat.
