Move Targets: Quadriceps 


Step 1: Begin in a kneeling position with your feet underneath your sit bones or on the outside of them. Lean back and shift your weight to your hands as you walk them behind you. Stay here if you'd like, or come down to a lying position for a deeper stretch. Reach your hands overhead to elongate the spine.
