Move Targets: Legs


Step-by-Step

Step 1: Begin with your feet together or just under the hips and your hands on your hips. Slightly bend the knees to protect your joints.

Step 2: Jump one foot behind you and one foot in front of you. The arm on the same side as the leg in front will shoot up and out while the other arm moves behind you. Skiier

Step 3: Immediately jump so your feet switch places. You'll do this without returning to the center or starting position.
